Dr. Erin Rose was born and raised in Erie, PA and graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh. While in college, she had the opportunity to perform research in a genetics lab at the dental school and was involved in a project studying caries and periodontal disease. This experience influenced my decision to pursue a career in dentistry. She graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. After dental school she was accepted into a one year General Dentistry Residency program at the Veteran’s Affair’s hospital in San Antonio, TX. She had the privilege to receive advanced training in sedation, implant and cosmetic dentistry. She is certified to provide Invisalign orthodontics and received my Anesthesia permit to perform IV conscious sedation. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania and the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of practicing dentistry, She really enjoys outdoor activities such as running, cycling, kayaking, skiing and hiking. Dr. Rose lives in Pittsburgh with her husband Matt, who is also a dentist.
